Life on the road

Hope you are having a amazing summer. Things out on the road have been really crazy , but I did get to have some down time in my hometown. NYC.

For all of my clients ...I am working with this outrageous Yogi and have been doing some crazy things with the TRX and a few other new additions. I guess what I am saying is that when I return you are all in for a whole other level of training.

Necessity is the mother of invention ...so I've been creating new exercises everyday.

Hope all of my Yoga Students are hanging in there and that classes are okay...if not let me know and we'll come up with an alternative for you.

As for you Kick-boxer's ...Train hard...I will be back!!!

Although backup singing for 25,000 humans is a lot of fun. p.s. I think I made a new friend.
