Lydia Green comes from a background of dance. After her professional dance career with the The National Ballet of Canada, Lydia was drawn to the yoga mat by its physical practice and the discipline and breath it brought into her life. Trained under Yoga Works Teacher Alliance, Lydia’s intention in her Flow classes is to bring proper alignment, a sense of physical well being, focus on breath and most importantly, create an environment where every student feels comfortable. Acceptance of strengths and weaknesses are equally embraced in her classes, students are encouraged to accept new challenges, yet at the same time always feel safe. Her door is open to anyone that wants to explore a physical challenge and her space is open for you to connect with yourself and together, experience the exciting journey of yoga.
